I’m a HUGE believer in goals.
I always have my own set, for my fitness, martial arts, business,
relationships, and more. I strongly urge you to do the same.
But there’s something missing from a lot of people’s goals.
And that is an answer to the question, “Why?”
Spend time asking yourself “why” each of your goals is so
important. Why do you want to improve your
fitness? What would that solve? This has an added benefit:
